Payment Information: When you purchase tokens for using the App, payment information is processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not directly receive or store your credit card, debit card, or banking details. All payment data is encrypted and handled by our payment processor in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

Photos for Processing: Photos you upload to the App are transmitted to Google Gemini API for AI-powered editing. These photos are not stored on our servers and are processed according to Google's privacy policies.

Technical/Device Information: We may collect limited technical information for App stability and security purposes, including but not limited to device type, operating system, IP address, and browser type. This information is not linked to your identity.

Usage Analytics (Optional): We may collect non-identifying usage data to improve App performance and user experience. This data does not identify you personally and is immediately anonymized.

Error Logs: If the App crashes or encounters an error, technical logs may be generated to diagnose and fix issues. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information.

3. Photo Processing & Google Gemini API

3.1 How Photos Are Processed

When you upload a photo to our App for editing, the following occurs:

Transmission: Your photo is encrypted and transmitted to Google's Gemini API servers for processing.

Processing: Google's AI processes your photo according to your editing request.

Deletion: Both our servers and Google's servers do not retain your photo after processing is complete. It is immediately deleted.

Results: The edited photo is returned to your device. You have sole responsibility for the edited image.

6.2 Your Right to Deletion

13.4 NO GUARANTEE OF PERMANENCE

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any services at any time. Upon discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users, but we assume no responsibility for data loss resulting from service termination.
